Coaching is is a type of psychoeducation on strategies and techniques to address focused questions regarding mental health, relationship, and the like.
Go to Valerie.clientsecure.me and click on new client, then choose “coaching call” to schedule. You will be sent forms to review and sign electronically.
The cost is $50 and will be charged up front.

Upon review of your question, if it is not appropriate or outside of my expertise, you will not be charged.
How long is each session?
It is 30 minutes. I will call you at the number you have entered into your file. Be sure your phone is set to accept unknown numbers.
What happens if I cannot make my appointment?
Please notify me 24 hours in advance for any cancellation re-scheduling so that this session can be made available for other clients.
The fee for a no show or late cancellation is $50 or forfeit of any prepaid session. If there is no answer at the number on file, I will send you a message via your patient portal.
Sessions are considered a no show after 10 minutes.
What if I can’t afford Therapy at this time but I really need it?
In Texas, you can contact your local mental health authority to see if you are eligible for services. Click here or call 211 or go to 211.org.
How do I contact you?
My number is 903-289-7948. I have a very small practice and prefer to have a small caseload of around 20 clients. This keeps my costs down and quality high. This means if you call, you will be talking to me, not an answering service. If it’s after hours, or I’m in therapy, please leave a message. My goal is to respond within 24 hours. My days off are Mondays and Tuesdays.
If you are a current client or have set up a patient portal with me, I prefer that you message me within your portal to protect your privacy since it is HIPAA compliant.
