What is “Adventure Therapy”?

  • Answer: It’s a specialized approach that uses nature as our clinical backdrop. Whether we are virtually on a mountain peak or in a canyon, we use the grounding power o the outdoors to break through traditional “office” mental blocks.

Do you accept insurance?

  • Answer: Yes. I am in-network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and several others. Please contact me to verify your specific coverage.

What states are you licensed in?

  • Answer: I am currently licensed to provide therapy in Texas, Vermont, and Idaho
