- All clinical sessions are conducted virtually via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows you to integrate care into a demanding executive or professional schedule without lost travel time.
What are your session rates?
- 15 minute phone consultation: free
- Initial Evaluation for Therapy (60 mins): $125
- Ongoing Therapy Session (50 mins): $125
- 4 therapy sessions if prepaid: $460
- Adult ADHD Assessments start at $350
Do you accept insurance?
- I operate as a private-pay practice to ensure complete clinical confidentiality, personalized treatment design, and care unencumbered by insurance company mandates or diagnosis requirements.
- If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly itemized receipt (superbill) upon request for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

What states are you licensed in?
- I am currently licensed to provide therapy in Texas, Vermont, South Carolina, Utah, Florida, and Idaho
What is your cancellation policy
- I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without fee. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are billed at the full session rate.
How do I get started?
You can request an initial consultation directly through the website booking portal. Once scheduled, you will receive encrypted digital intake documents to complete prior to our first meeting.
